- Our Core Banking team are responsible for handling calls with our Savings and Loans customers.
- You will be engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls, assisting with account openings, fund transfers, digital banking, and more, ensuring their financial needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- You’ll undergo onsite training and then by placed in our graduate bay before transitioning to your team, all while remaining as office-based colleagues.

- We’re looking for a Payments Control Executive to join our Payments & Banking Services team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
- This role helps ensure Tesco Bank continues to provide both regulatory and scheme compliant payments services to customers, you will support colleagues to reduce risk and deliver good customer outcomes.

- We’re looking for a Credit Risk Specialist to join our Financial Difficulties team at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
- You’ll have line management responsibility for a small team, alongside the opportunity to learn across the wider Banking Risk team.

- As a Tesco Bank Customer Service Representative, you’ll be supporting our Credit Card and Clubcard Pay Plus customers when what they purchase doesn’t meet their expectations, working to resolve issues and obtaining the customer’s refund where appropriate.
- You’ll undergo onsite training and then by placed in our graduate bay before transitioning to your team, all while remaining as office-based colleagues.
- This will allow you to work from home for most of the time, while joining colleagues in our offices for significant occasions, such as team meetings, development discussions, and social events.
