Operating in the Highlands of Scotland, our charity serves families who are doing their best to support children with Additional Support Needs (ASN). We offer a range of services, including one-to-one support, online group support, volunteering and peer support opportunities, monthly information sessions, and access to relevant resources.
We strive to empower parents/carers with knowledge and understanding to move forward capably and confidently; we want everyone to leave our interactions feeling prepared to manage their next step and knowing their voices are heard. Every family who contacts us will receive individualised assistance and the information they need to manage their specific situation; if we don’t have the answer, we will work with you to find out who does.

- The Family Support Lead assists the Chief Executive (CE) by ensuring all staff members are fully supported to undertake their duties, provide a high quality service and have their needs met.
- You'll be providing one-to-one (and team-based) support and supervision for all the service delivery team, including Family Support Workers, Family Links Workers, and Coordinators.
- Knowledge of GDPR, data protection legislation and good practice is desirable for this role.
