With already over 100 homes in the UK, my client are a growing organisation who pride themselves on their outstanding care services. They are looking for an experienced Home Manager who can support a well established team ensuring care standards are met, residents are catered to and ultimately taking leadership for a successful home.

The role: You will be responsible for all day to day operations within the care home and use leadership skills to maintain and even improve standards where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Use management and leadership skills to drive success within the team
Ensure a positive environment is maintained for both staff and resident
Meet all legal requirements and standards set by SSSC and Care Inspectorate
Financial management
Create and maintain relationships with residents, relatives, staff and external stakeholders
Maintain reputation of the home, making improvements where necessary

Requirements
3 years' experience as a home manager
RGN with active pin
Budget management
Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation
Dementia care
Experience in being proactive to create new opportunities within the home
Strong independent and team work skills
Passion for care
