Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission

We’re looking for Car Sales Executives from retail, hospitality or other customer-facing sales backgrounds who want to turn their people skills into a high-earning, long-term career.

You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Building relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
• Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
