Role Overview:
As a Senior Estimator, you will be integral in pre-construction estimating, working closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Your expertise will ensure the submission of competitive, high-quality tenders, helping to secure profitable new projects in line with the company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate best-value pricing.
• Lead the estimating process from project inception to final submission.
• Develop cost plans and analyse contract budgets.
• Support the procurement process to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and subcontractor services.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to provide strategic input into bids and proposals.
• Manage estimating elements across multiple projects at various stages.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators and graduates.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in estimating large-scale building projects.
• Expertise in Frameworks and negotiated contracts.
• Ability to price from first principles and prepare detailed cost plans.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology and engineering designs.
• Proficiency in Conquest Estimating System and On-Screen Take-Off.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A degree or HND in a relevant field is desirable, but not essential.
