THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and methodical Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Grounds Maintenance Department on a seasonal basis.
The successful candidates responsibilities will include:
- Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general upkeep of landscaped areas.
- Shrub bed maintenance, fertilising, and plant care.
- Weed control and knapsack works.
- Using hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and efficiently when necessary.
- Working as part of a mobile team to ensure sites remain clean, safe, and well-presented.
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in the role, you are to possess the below knowledge and skills.
Desirable:
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Skills, knowledge and/or training in horticulture.
- Skills, knowledge and/or certification in general landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing and installation of hard surfaces.
