Pay: from £13.70 to £19.89 depending on shift and role

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Community Care Workers to join our team. What You’ll Do

As a Community Care Worker, you’ll be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including:

• Personal Care and Support: Assisting adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Companionship: Being a friendly face and a comforting presence.
• Live-in Care: Providing 24/7 support for those who need it most.
• Promoting Independence: Empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible.
• Medication Support: Ensuring safe and timely administration of medication.
• Specialist Clinical Care: Handling complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence.
• Palliative and End-of-Life Care: Offering compassionate care during life’s most challenging moments.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who have:

• A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
• The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle.
• Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided).
• This position requires applicants to be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
