Senior Marketing Executive to help accelerate their growth.
The Role As a
Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in brand positioning and lead-generation activities to fuel the sales team s success. You will work closely with a content specialist and product manager to build engaging marketing strategies that strengthen the company s presence both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Monitor, manage, and report on lead generation performance.
- Implement and optimise digital marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
- Manage CRM systems (Salesforce and Pardot) to ensure GDPR compliance and effective audience segmentation.
- Maintain and enhance website content, ensuring SEO performance and user engagement.
- Oversee and optimise PPC advertising campaigns.
- Create marketing collateral for campaigns and sales team support, working with outsourced graphic designers.
- Contribute to PR strategies and media engagement.
- Plan and manage traditional marketing activities such as print advertising and event marketing.
- Lead marketing efforts around domestic and international exhibitions.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets.
- Support international distribution partners with region-specific marketing materials.
Key Skills & Experience - Minimum of 2 years experience in a Digital Marketing role.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools and B2B social media marketing.
- Ability to interpret marketing data and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Experience in CRM and audience segmentation management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, well-organised, and energetic with a results-driven mindset.
