Support Worker

£13.75 per hour | Full-time | Edinburgh Outreach | Edinburgh

A home, not just a service

We offer support to individuals across Edinburgh and Fife who want to maintain independence in their own home. The service is operational all year round and provides support ranging from one to 24 hours. We can help individuals with personal care, shopping, housework, cooking and attending social events — supported by a team of friendly and dedicated staff. This role is part of our My Reach My Choice Service.

Your working hours

35 hours per week

Shifts include:

• 7.00am- 3.00pm (24 hour shift Including a sleepover)

You must be flexible to work all shifts across week days and weekends

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
• Keep clear, accurate records
• Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
