Join us as a Customer Service, Personal Banker in Ullapool
Bringing our services to remote locations, customers will be at the very heart of your role. So you’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You’ll become a trusted figure in your communities, building relationships with customers in a range of locations and helping with everyday banking needs.
You'll spend most of your time supporting customer at the local branch, additionally you’ll also be driving the Mobile Bank vehicle at least once per month, providing cover when the principal driver is out of the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
You’ll need to be over 25 and have held a valid driving licence for 2 years to drive one of our Mobile Branch vehicles. You’ll ideally already have a category C1 license, but if you don't, we'll provide comprehensive training and cover the cost. We’ll also support you in achieving your CPC, which is a key requirement of the role.

Your working pattern
You’re joining an incredible network of colleagues who are here for our customers whenever and wherever they need us. You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the shifts you do and the hours you work. Typically you’ll be working Branch opening hours, which will be between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday , and rotational Saturdays and will include some bank holiday
