The Person:

• Confident Communicator
• Experience of being in a supervisory role
• Exceptional customer service by providing a high standard of service
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• A team player, as well as a team leader

The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Oversees the setup and delivery of meetings, and events to ensure they run smoothly
• Liaise with different departments to coordinate logistics of events
• Ensuring that customer queries and reservations are dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner
