Site Manager - Central Belt

Our well-established Construction client, require an experienced Site Manager to join the business as they go through a period of considerable growth.

You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of fit-out projects ideally across Fife, Dundee and the Central belt ( depending on your location) .

Key skills and experience will include:

• Previous Site Management experience of shop fitting/construction sites.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and coordinating site logistics.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.

Your package will include a competitive salary of 45-55k (DOE), company car or allowance and excellent benefits package as well as the opportunity for career progression. The hours will be 8-4pm but flexible for different projects and an early finish on a Friday (normally a 40-hour week).
