Qualified Accountant

Findlays chartered accountants have offices in Dundee and Arbroath. We offer accounts, taxation and business advisory and support services to a wide range of businesses and individuals.

Based in the Dundee office, we are looking for qualified accountants who are looking to develop their skills in audit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting onsite audits across a variety of industries
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Identifying risks and providing solutions
• Working across the business in collaboration with colleagues and clients

About You:

We’re looking for someone who has a passion for numbers and great attention to detail. Previous audit experience is welcome, but we will provide excellent training opportunities for the right candidate.

Skills & Experience:

• Technical experience in all aspects of accounts production
• IT literate, experience of using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
• High standard of accuracy and presentation
• Experience of managing multiple priorities/deadlines
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbally
• The ability to work as part of a team and own your own initiative
• Experience of handling confidential information appropriately

Permanent Role, 35 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm, Fri 9am-4pm.
