Administrator – Inverness
£26,567 per annum | Full-time | Temporary (Ongoing)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an Administrator to join a busy office environment in Inverness. This is a fully office-based role with an immediate start available, offering stable, ongoing temporary work.

Working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • 1-hour lunch break included
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including answering phone and email enquiries, filing, data entry, and ensuring the secure storage and maintenance of data.
  • Manage the phoneline.
  • Maintain and update records on internal systems.
  • Provide cover for the canteen assistant and mail administrator when required.
    • Canteen duties include processing orders, bagging items, and preparing them for delivery.
  • Handle confidential information in line with policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other tasks as directed by the Office Manager, appropriate to the role.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
  • Willingness to provide cover for other roles when needed.
  • An enhanced disclosure is required for this role. If successful, this must be obtained at a cost of £25.
