About the Role
The Senior Events Manager (SEM) reports to the Head of Operations and plans, prepares and delivers the Concert series and Tattoo in partnership with the Venue & Safety Manager.
Leads on event specific paperwork and Public Entertainment Licence processes, builds and leads the seasonal event team to meet organisational timelines.
Coordinates with internal and external production teams, Site Logistics and Tech managers to ensure collaborative and coherent performance delivery of the Tattoo and other content. The SEM leads on event security and oversees the Event Operations Room.
The SEM is also required to support cross-departmental project management, and coordinate the exploitation of Lessons Learned to inform business continuity planning and risk management.
The Tattoo is a business in growth with diversification aspirations, and this role will play a key part in growing additional event management capability for the company as opportunities are generated.
