- Manage customer queries, support service inboxes, resolve complaints, and coordinate with account managers while participating in continuous improvement projects.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a strong customer focus.
- This is a fixed-term role, Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with 29 days holiday and a competitive salary up to £27,500.
