Morebattle Community Shop is a thriving village shop, offering a wide range of food and household staples sourced from local suppliers and producers wherever possible.
The shop serves the Morebattle and Kalewater communities. Aside from the main shop premises, we also have an additional space in the village (the old butcher’s shop), just a few doors down, which provides office workspace and additional storage.

- What we are looking for is a good all-rounder with retail, or customer-services experience, confident using computer and digital systems, working with teams, who loves the customer-facing experience and is keen to learn and to contribute to a thriving community business.
- Enjoy leading, upskilling and supporting a small team of staff and volunteers and happy to be working closely with the community-led Management Board.
