ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time, 30 hours per week

THE ROLE

This permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the Purchase Ledger while supporting the wider finance function.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will help ensure our financial processes run efficiently and accurately. The role is based at The Lemon Tree, with occasional working across all our venues. Hybrid working may be considered.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Ensure the smooth running of the Purchase Ledger, including timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
• Maintain supplier records and manage purchase orders
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries promptly
• Support weekly supplier payment runs
• Review and maintain aged creditors and GRNI reports
• Reconcile credit card receipts
• Assist with finance data collection across the organisation
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and wider team
