Your new role
As a Personal Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow, you will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including Directors. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and supporting wider business activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive diary and inbox management for senior stakeholdersCoordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and collating materialsOrganising travel, accommodation, and itinerariesSupporting board and senior-level meetings, including minute-taking and action trackingPreparing and proofreading documents and presentationsBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholdersSupporting office coordination and administrative processesCollaborating with the wider Business Support team to ensure consistency and efficiencyWhat you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services environmentExperience supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing prioritiesStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailProactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issuesConfident user of Microsoft Office and other systemsStrong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationshipsA collaborative mindset with the ability to work within structured processesA professional, reliable, and adaptable approachWhat you'll get in return
