Experienced 3CX Operator Required

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Operator to join our team. As an Operator, you will be responsible for performing various duties but mostly driving JCB 3CX and other plant. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:

- Drive JCB 3CX as per instructed works.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure safety and functionality
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operations
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Dig trenches or excavate areas as needed for construction or maintenance projects
- Assist with loading and unloading materials or equipment as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour tasks, including digging and lifting heavy objects
