SCTS are looking for a Digital Learning and Skills Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. If you have a relevant qualification in Educatrion and Learning or hold equivalent experience then we would love to hear from you.
Outline of the role
If you're passionate about digital learning and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity where you will manage and enhance our digital learning platform, ensuring it remains effective, accessible, and aligned to organisational needs. You will design and deliver engaging digital and blended learning solutions that support a modern, flexible workforce.
You’ll play a key role in supporting user onboarding, helping new starters quickly access learning resources, while also driving overall uptake across the organisation. Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into clear, effective learning outcomes and solutions.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in learning & development or digital training delivery
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and digital learning platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Forms and Co-Pilot chat)
- Experience designing and managing digital learning programmes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project skills
- Ability to analyse data and evaluate learning impact and performance
