Job Requirements/Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive and collaborative professional to join Academic Registry as a Registry Co-ordinator in our Assessment and Awards team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a permanent role following an internal promotion, contributing at the heart of processes that support students from enrolment through to graduation.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will coordinate the delivery of core activities that underpin examinations, assessment and graduation. Working closely with colleagues across Academic Registry, Schools and professional services, you will play a key part in ensuring services are accurate, efficient and truly student-focused.

You will take ownership of essential operational processes including module mark reporting, examinations support and graduation documentation. You’ll provide high-quality responses to enquiries, work confidently with complex data across multiple systems to produce insights and reports, and contribute actively to improving how Registry services are delivered. You’ll also support the sharing of knowledge, guidance and good practice within the team.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and brings strong organisational and analytical skills together with a commitment to excellent service. You will be a confident communicator who can build effective relationships across teams, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy. You will be comfortable working with systems and data to inform decision-making, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to continuously improve processes.

Experience in higher education or with student records systems such as SITS would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be flexible in your working hours to support key institutional examination periods.
