Job Title: Collections Specialist

Location: Kilmarnock Town Centre (Potential Future Home Working Available)

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum in line with Real Living Wage

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time. 37.5 hours per week.

The Role:

As a Collections Specialist, youll join a dynamic, target-driven team that values energy, ambition, and a positive work environment. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with members of the public, negotiating payment solutions for outstanding debts either in full or by setting a suitable arrangement. You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions. With ongoing training, mentorship, and clear progression paths, were committed to helping you succeed and grow.

  • Good understanding and knowledge of GDPR.

What We Offer (N.B. Permanent Staff):

  • Competitive salary - £24,570 basic salary per annum in line with Real Living Wage
  • Flexible Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) on a shift rota. A sample shift rota: One late shift 10:00am to 6:30pm, 2 shifts 8:30am to 5pm, 2 shifts 9am to 5:30pm and one in four Fridays 9:30am to 6pm.
