Key Accountabilities
As a Despatch Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition. Your day-to-day will involve:
? Picking & Loading: Accurately assembling and loading products onto the right vehicles.
? Stock Rotation & Quality Control: Ensuring fresh, high-quality products reach our customers.
? Keeping Things Moving: Identifying and resolving issues like stock shortages or product damage.
? Teamwork & Safety: Working together to meet deadlines while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
? Equipment Use: Operating forklifts and other MHE safely
What We’re Looking For
Warehouse experience
Ability to work with numbers and follow processes accurately
A good level of fitness for light to heavy lifting
Team player with a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
