We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the Public Guardian in Falkirk. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations, working as part of a supportive team.

This is a fully office-based role with regular interaction with colleagues and customers and is offered on a full time permanent basis.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

Processing and scanning documentation (including Power of Attorney applications)
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Providing reception support and greeting visitors
Handling customer queries (in person and by phone)
Processing payments and maintaining records
Supporting office logistics (couriers, stationery, bookings)
Carrying out general administrative duties
