We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our exceptional culinary team at our luxury hotel in London. Reporting to the Head Chef and Executive Chef,this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a great work ethic and a passion for maintaining the highest standards in kitchen operations.

Location:100 Princes Street

Employment Type:Casual Role,minimum 24 hours per week

Working Pattern:Shifts may vary,8am - 15:30pm or 15:00pm - 23:00pm

Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter:

• Assisting the kitchen team in preparing and cleaning the kitchen areas before,during and after service.
• Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a hygienic working environment.
• Assisting the chefs and waiters as necessary.
• Checking chemical levels and inventory.

What are we looking for?

• A positive,flexible attitude with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
• A strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a professional kitchen.
• Good time management and the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred,but not essential,we’ll provide full training.
• Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
