Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join Glencorse during a period of growth as new units open within the home. As Team Leader, you will play a key role in helping shape the culture, standards and day to day environment within a newly established 9 bedded unit.
You will take responsibility for the day to day running of the unit, leading a small, dedicated team and ensuring residents receive safe, high quality and person centred care. Working alongside two Care Assistants on shift, you will coordinate care delivery, oversee medication administration, monitor resident wellbeing and maintain accurate records.
As a visible leader, you will support colleagues, promote high standards and help create a positive and supportive environment for residents, families and staff while working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care is delivered.
