Cold Town House is one of Edinburgh’s most iconic venues,located in the heart of the Grassmarket. It features a busy rooftop terrace,bar,and high-volume kitchen operation. Pizza is a key part of the offer.

The Role

• As a Pizza Chef,you will deliver high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment,ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Run the pizza section during service
• Prepare,stretch,and cook pizzas to spec
• Manage dough prep and ingredient readiness
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• Keep section organised and service-ready
• Work closely with the wider kitchen team
• Support cleaning schedules and BOH organisation

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in a high-volume pizza kitchen
• Strong dough handling and baking skills
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Team-focused and reliable
• Positive attitude and good communication
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
