Patersons Quarries are an independent quarrying company based in Coatbridge, we have sites across the central belt of Scotland and supply a wide range of quarry products, ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks and concrete bricks.
As we continue to expand our teams we are recruiting for driver to come join us at an exciting time for the business!
We are currently recruiting drivers for Class 1 Block drivers based out of Coatbridge, Lanarkshire.
Reporting to the Transport Manager you will be driving vehicles to sites across the central belt to deliver loads in a timely and efficient manner. You will have a safe and efficient approach to driving, with the ability to ensure that your vehicle is kept in good condition. You will also be required to complete daily safety checks and report any vehicle defects to the Transport Department.
Experience:
You must have a valid Class 1 HGV License
You must have HIAB certification and experience
You should have no more than 6 points on your licence
Understanding of safe working practices
Willing to adhere to health & safety regulations.
