Team Coordinator – Retail (Part-Time, Permanent)

£13.20 per hour, 28 hours per week, Weekend availability required

The Team Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store. You’ll lead and support the team to achieve KPI targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and sales floor management
• Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets and performance goals
• Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Build strong relationships with artists and creatives, ensuring policy compliance and business support
• Drive exceptional customer service and maintain health, safety, and security standards
• Implement loss prevention procedures and manage damaged or missing stock
• Champion company values and maintain a positive, motivating work environment

About You

• Aligned with our values and mission
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
• Confident leader with experience coaching and holding teams accountable
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using retail and office systems (POS, Microsoft 365, Workforce or similar)
