Team Coordinator – Retail (Part-Time, Permanent)
£13.20 per hour, 28 hours per week, Weekend availability required
The Team Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our store. You’ll lead and support the team to achieve KPI targets, deliver outstanding customer service, and foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with our core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing routines and sales floor management
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to meet sales targets and performance goals
- Manage HR tasks including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Build strong relationships with artists and creatives, ensuring policy compliance and business support
- Drive exceptional customer service and maintain health, safety, and security standards
- Implement loss prevention procedures and manage damaged or missing stock
- Champion company values and maintain a positive, motivating work environment
About You
- Aligned with our values and mission
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar management role
- Confident leader with experience coaching and holding teams accountable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable using retail and office systems (POS, Microsoft 365, Workforce or similar)
