Recruitment Administrator

An established and fast-growing international organisation is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support its European Talent Acquisition function. Your new role
You'll provide critical administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support to the European recruitment team
- Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive and timely experience
- Support job posting and advertisement management across multiple platforms
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data
- Coordinate interviews, liaising with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with onboarding activities and pre-employment checks
- Produce recruitment reports and ensure accurate record keeping
- Support high-volume hiring across both technical and corporate functions
What you'll need to succeed - Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience using ATS or HR systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
