We invest heavily in development. Every consultant goes through hands-on training with our dedicated in-house recruitment trainer- learning how to manage executive search processes, handle high-level conversations, build relationships properly, and operate in a fast-moving performance environment.
This is a serious opportunity for ambitious people who want to grow fast, earn big, and build a great career. Our consultants regularly earn £5,000 - £10,000 per month in commission, with top performers producing £15,000+ months.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 11.30am - 8.30pm (90 min lunch). Friday: 11am - 5.30pm
