About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator to join a busy team in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to contribute to a fast-paced office environment with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including typing, filing, email management, and document preparation
- Act as the first point of contact for calls and enquiries
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and general coordination
- Maintain diaries and support effective time management
- Handle records management in line with company policies and confidentiality requirements
- Support data entry, reporting, and use of internal systems
- Manage office supplies and assist with general office administration
- Provide reception support when required
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration or office support experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
