We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and flexible individual to join Cosgrove as Operational Scheduler. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within the organisation and make a meaningful impact.

As an Operational Scheduler, you will work collaboratively with both our Outreach and Supported Living services. Your role will be to manage support services and staffing hours using Tagtonics software, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both departments.

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Collaboratively manage support and staffing schedules for both Outreach and Supported Living services.
  • Use Tagtonics software to track, plan, and organise staffing hours.
  • Work closely with operational managers to ensure adequate staffing for all services.
  • Provide Tagtronics App access to staff, people and guardians for viewing their support timetable
  • Monitoring annual leave, training, absence and projecting expected use over the year
  • Ensure support and staff provision is accurate for the purpose of invoicing and payroll.

  • Proven track record of previous scheduling knowledge and understanding.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Ability to be solution focused
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise work, handle pressure and take day to day decisions for scheduling.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with evidence of developing and maintaining positive working relationships with managers, staff, people we support and any other relevant stakeholders.
