What you will be doing:

• Supporting and enhancing high-quality practice across the nursery
• Working alongside teams to create rich, engaging learning environments
• Bringing child-led learning to life through Curriculum for Excellence
• Mentoring practitioners and nurturing professional growth
• Guiding observations, planning, and meaningful assessment
• Inspiring teams and fostering a positive, collaborative culture

What you will need:

• A full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification
