The Role:
We’re looking for shift leaders to join our vibrant team. If you’re energetic, organised, and passionate about hospitality, this is your chance to grow with us. As part of the management team, you’ll:

• Lead floor shifts and take sections when needed

• Support opening and closing procedures

• Train, motivate, and develop the team

• Maintain high customer service standards, even during the busiest shifts

This could be your first step into management or the next step if you’re already leading a team.

• Previous supervisory or shift management experience
