Work pattern: 35 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday
Location: Glasgow (home-agile worker with travel requirement across group stock and Group offices)

About the role
You will be responsible for the delivery and programming of a varied workload. This may include; asbestos management, gas safety, electrical safety, water quality, mechanical and electrical contract delivery, fire safety etc. along with leading on the delivery of any new services and enhancing the existing services.
You will have day to day responsibility for certain key aspects, including:

The role will be varied and challenging, and will require excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as sound knowledge of the legislative context in which the housing sector operates. You will have excellent technical knowledge and experience of dealing with multiple contractors to deliver an exceptional compliance service to ensure the safety of our homes and customers.
Electrical qualification or equivalent experience would be desirable. You must also be able to demonstrate a flexible approach in meeting changing demands, shaping priorities, influencing senior leaders and being able to effectively manage your own workload in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
