The role

Full responsibility for managing the safe, quality-led delivery of a £40m new build

Leading site teams and key subcontractors

Managing programme, cost, quality and client relationships

Working closely with commercial, design and operational colleagues

What you'll need

Proven experience delivering significant new build projects as a Project Manager

Background with a main contractor (ideally Tier 1 or large Tier 2) - Open to all main contracting experience.

Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management skills

Passion for quality, safety and team development
