To assist with the ever-increasing demands of a fast-paced office environment, Stirling
Park LLP one of Scotlands leading firms of Sheriff Officer Services, is looking to recruit
a Diligence Administrator to join our Kilmarnock operations.
The Role
The post holder will work as part of a team to provide strong administrative support
within our Kilmarnock hub. This is a varied role which will require the successful
candidate to be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team.
Duties of this role will include:
- Liaising with staff and clients by telephone, as appropriate
- Prioritise workload to ensure work is completed timeously
- General administration duties Dealing with telephone enquiries, mailing duties,
banking, filing, photocopying, faxing etc.
- Preparation of legal documents using our bespoke system
- Preparation of reports and invoicing in relation to service of legal documents and
tracing
- Facilitate the use of database searches in relation to tracing
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be confident, politely assertive, possess outstanding
organisational and communication skills with an excellent telephone manner and good
general administrative skills. The salary on offer is dependent on experience in the
industry which would be of benefit, but not essential, as full training will be given.
