We are currently recruiting Training Validator to join our HR & Training team at the Linton site.

Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £590 per week!

Balanced Schedule: We have a shift pattern of 8am - 5 pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.

Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent

About the Role

As a Training Validator, you will support the delivery and validation of training across the site, ensuring colleagues are competent, compliant, and confident in carrying out their roles safely and effectively while prompting a positive training culture and continuous improvement. We are seeking someone energetic, hands-on, and passionate about supporting others through effective training and development. You should be motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete and manage weekly training plans
• Validate staff competence through observation, questioning, and demonstrations
• Ensure training records and evidence are completed accurately
• Support production teams with SOPs and buddy training requirements
• Monitor training gaps and support continuous improvement
• Deliver coaching and guidance to employees on the factory floor
• Promote Health & Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards
• Work closely with managers and key stakeholders across departments

Skills & Experience

• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Confident communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to engage professionally with employees at all levels
• Flexible, resilient, and proactive approach
• Good coaching and people skills
• Experience using MS Office, spreadsheets, and email

Qualifications

• Recognised Training Qualification
• Food Safety Level 3 (preferred)
