Job title: Waking Night Shift Support Practitioner
Responsible to: Independent Living Service Manager and Team Leaders
Salary: £29,397.00 (plus shift allowance)
Contract: Permanent
SSC registration level: Practitioner
Required qualification: A qualification of N/SVQ3 in Care, or equivalent or the willingness and ability to attain this within five years
Main responsibilities: To provide waking night shift cover. To be proactive in providing a care and support service for service users based on their individual needs.
