Do you want to help others build fulfilling, independent lives? We’re looking for a caring and committed individual who shares Quarriers’ values to join our team as a Transition Mentor.

Your new opportunity

Quarriers Youth Housing Support Service supports young people aged 16–25 to develop the skills and confidence needed to sustain their tenancies.

As a Transition Mentor, you’ll play a key role in helping young people build independence, make positive lifestyle choices, and create brighter futures.

This role will involve supporting individuals across Glasgow in a person-centred, compassionate, and practical way.

Contract & working pattern

  • 20 hours per week (permanent)
  • 3 days over 7
  • Service hours:
    • Monday–Friday: 9am–7pm
    • Weekends: 10am–6pm
  • Start and finish times can be discussed at interview

What you’ll bring

  • Able to use their life experience and transferable skills to empower others

A UK driving licence is desirable.
