We are now recruiting a Sales & Reservations Coordinator to cover our Edinburgh venues and support London, Glasgow, and Belfast.
THE ROLEThe Sales & Reservations Coordinator will oversee and execute reservations, group bookings and event bookings across the region as required with a view to maximising bookings in all units to achieve budgeted revenue.
Regularly optimising all bookings with continuous improvement of the yield of tables, spaces and private hire areas whilst ensuring clear and open communication between customers and the venue to ensure efficient delivery that goes above and beyond expectation on customer experience. Specific responsibilities will include:

Working Schedule:
- Office-based
- 40 hrs a week on a rota with shifts ranging from 9 am – 7 pm
- One weekend a month on rotation, to support bookings and reservations across the Glendola estate.
