Behind every seamless luxury experience is a safe, immaculately maintained environment. We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our iconic hotel, ensuring all guest and back of house areas operate safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The Person:
- Practical, reliable and proactive in approach
- A strong team player with a professional, service focused mindset
- Calm and adaptable when responding to varied maintenance needs
- Detail orientated with pride in high standards of workmanship
- Flexible and willing to support hotel operations as required
The Role:
- Support daily maintenance operations across the hotel
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas are safe and fully operational
- Minimise guest impact through efficient, discreet maintenance work
- Uphold health, safety and environmental standards
- Work collaboratively with Engineering and wider hotel teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records
- Carry out basic repairs, inspections and safety checks
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest or operational issues
- Adhere to grooming, security and sustainability procedures.
