A home, not just a service
The Leonard Cheshire Fife Day Services (GLAD) in Glenrothes provides dedicated, person-centered day support and care-at-home services for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments. It helps individuals build independent living skills and access the local community
Your working hours
We offer full-time hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.

- Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
- Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
- Keep clear, accurate records
- Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms
No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.
