Working hours: 28 hours per week

The roles therefore require support workers to work flexibly to deliver this support working between the client's own homes and in the community.

The role of Housing support Worker with The Salvation Army is an inspirational one and key to achieving successful outcomes for our vulnerable clients.

As a motivated and dynamic Floating Support worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:

• You can manage your own caseload and hours, requiring excellent time management skills, a proactive approach to your work and the ability to prioritise.
• Level 3 qualification in related field or willingness to work towards it.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a car is preferred
• Knowledge of the main support needs which are commonly faced by vulnerable clients
