About the role
The Procurement Business Partner (PBP) acts as the primary procurement interface with their designated departments. The role ensures procurement is embedded early in decision-making, driving value and compliance. The PBP provides strategic guidance and category insight to support operational objectives and long-term organisational goals.
About the Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for this role will be comprised of 2 in person interviews. The first stage interview will be held with our Head of Procurement, and our Head of Finance. For successful candidates, the second stage interview will be held with our Head of Procurement, our Procurement Business Partner, and a stakeholder from one of the relevant departments in our business.
Both interviews will be competency based, with technical questions, and questions on Edinburgh Airport’s values. Prior to the second stage interview, we may also ask candidates to complete an Insights Discovery profile.
Please note, our interview process may be adjusted depending on the volume of candidates. We are committed to supporting diverse ways of thinking and working, so if you require adjustments in the recruitment process, please let us know on your application. You can find out more about our interview process and the types of questions we ask here.
