- Working within the Contract Development Team in SPD Licence Programmes, the Pre-Contract development manager leads a team to support the development of replacement and new framework contracts.
- The role is dynamic with issues arising on a daily basis and expected interaction with Procurement, Contractors and all areas of the business, including operational staff, project managers and senior management.
